'Pillar of Autumn' skulls and terminal locations in Halo Campaign Evolved

Skulls and terminals are hidden across the "Pillar of Autumn" mission in Halo: Campaign Evolved . Skulls will adjust the way you play through the campaign, while terminals will provide you with a bit of lore. Despite this level being very linear, Halo Studios somehow managed to hide four collectibles in frustratingly tricky locations, so much so that on my first playthrough, I missed all of these.
